Ready to let loose in the kitchen? This isn’t your average cooking class. Drinking, Cooking, and Cursing is a lively, no-holds-barred evening where good food, strong drinks, and unfiltered kitchen banter take center stage. Led by Matt Fortner, a veteran of several Tom Douglas restaurants and a former instructor at Hot Stove Society and our own Annie Elmore the Director of Hot Stove Society who both believe cooking should be as fun and flavorful.
Vibrant, flavorful dishes that celebrate what’s in season like sweet tangy Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho. You will learn how to pick the freshest fish at the market and turn it into a dish that celebrates Pacific Northwest cuisine featuring melt in your mouth Halibut Aqua that tastes like the sea meets the garden.
Come hungry, come thirsty, and come ready to laugh—because this class is all about not taking yourself too seriously while making seriously good food.
Guests will go home with a jar of pickled vegetables and a box of macarons.

Ticket price is per 1 person. If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.
Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. e The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
