In this cooking class, you’ll learn how to infuse traditional barbecue techniques with the rich spices, marinades, and sauces of East and Southeast Asia. From smoky grilled meats to zesty sides and dipping sauces, you’ll create a menu that’s fresh, exciting, and perfect for warm-weather entertaining. You'll explore and learn how to balance sweet, salty, sour, and spicy notes for mouthwatering results. Whether you're firing up a grill or smoker, this class will give you fresh ideas to up your BBQ game with new flavor profiles.

Guests will be greeted with Grilled Oyster with Ginger Garlic Scallion Soy Butter to enjoy while watching the demonstration and will receive substantial tastes of the following menu items.

Ticket price is per 1 person.  If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party. 

Refund policy: Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
